Propane fueled boilers and furnaces operate at up to 97%
efficiency. Since Propane is a clean-burning fuel, appliances
require no annual maintenance and can be directly vented without
the need for a central chimney.
Forced Air - Utilizing a furnace, Propane produces hot air which
travels through duct work throughout the home. Air ducts can also
be used for cooling in the summer months.
Forced Hot Water - Utilizing a boiler and baseboard radiators,
warm water is pumped through the radiator to warm the air. New
radiators feature low-profile european styling and can even be
built into towel warmers.
Hydro-Air - A boiler produces hot water which is then piped into
an air handler to produce hot air similar to a forced air system.
This method is gaining popularity as the boiler can be used for
multiple purposes.
Radiant Floor - A boiler produces hot water which is piped through
narrow tubing underneath the flooring material. Radiant systems
produce even heat throughout a room, especially on typically cold
floors like in tile kitchens and bathrooms. |
