Customer service representatives (CSR) essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Handling new customer inquiries and existing customers' questions and concerns.
- Creating new accounts
- Ensuring proper product delivery to customers
- Responsible for billing and inventory reconciliation of deliveries
- Responsible for collection of accounts receivable
