Branch managers are responsible for:
- Day-to-day operation of the customer service center (CSC) including hiring, training, supervising, motivating, and coaching, sales representatives, customer service representatives, bulk drivers and service technicians
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are complied with at the CSC
- Ensuring operation of CSC in a safe manner, while meeting company efficiency and productivity targets
- Arranges maintenance of Osterman vehicles and property at the CSC
- Manages dispatch and delivery of product and service
