Each employee must complete the Certified Employee Training Program from the National Propane Gas Association. Our service technicians are all licensed gas fitters, specially certified to install and repair all types of gas equipment and appliances. Our delivery staff is continually trained for safe driving practices and procedures.

In addition to personnel, Osterman continues to excel with new technology. Satellite tracking on our “Bobtail” delivery trucks helps us make deliveries at the right location, at the scheduled time. In addition, our automatic delivery service is able to track your usage and accurately predict your next delivery so that you don’t have to worry about calling in when your tanks get low.
